Smartkey Enterprise Management Software (SKEMS) is a Windows-based
Door Access Management System,specially designed to meet

Real time Floor Plan Status &Transaction Monitoring
Time status and transaction monitoring display for operator
or security guard to closely monitor all events (norrnal/alarm)
happening within the premises.In order to provide a more
distinctive event handing,all events can be easily differentiated
by colour and dynamic icons are reflected on the imported
foor plan.
Temporary Cards
Temporary Cards may be generated for staff having lost or
damage cards.Visitors,Contrators or others who wishes to
visit the premise,can be issued temporary cards with limited
days of usage through improvising an effective and expiry
date.
Flexible Report Generation
The system provides comprehensive reports (who,when and
what events) in accordance to an operator’s request ,for
frequent or periodical checks.
Photo Images
The card holder database supports photo images.Photo images
can be captured using TWAIN scanners or can be loaded from
graphic files.It supports graphic file formats such as BMP,
JPEG, GIF, EMF, ICO and etc.
Direct Control Of The Icons
As each icon represents an object,you may just click on
the screen to issue commands or setting for that particular
icon.
Database Export Facility
Card holder database and transaction files can be exported
in ASCLL, Excel, Access, PDF and etc.The exported files
can be used by third party packages for advanced database
queries and other usage.
TimeCheck (Time Attendance) -Optional Software
Package
SmartKey TimeCheck software (SKTS-TimeCheck) can be integrated
with SKEMS software and database.This application provides
a very powerful and flexible way of calculating the individual
staff attendance based on transaction from either any selecled
door or dedicated time clock reader.The flexible and common
shift assigning features can cater to the requirement of
offices,factories,commercial buildings or education institutions.Besides
normal attendance and shift calculation.It also handes out-of-office,outstation
and abnormal situations.
Easy Assignment of Access Rights
The system provides a user friendy assignment of access
rights for users.The administrator only needs to assign
the accessibility by selecting the door or floor only,with
preferred schedule and operational mode.
Access Security
Access rights are assigned (based on User ID& password)
to certain imternal software functions,so that to limit
an operator’s system uses and control shence.,reducing the
possibilities of unauthorised changes and maximising data
integrity.
Lift Controller Module-Optional Software Package
This lift application module supports a maximum of 68 floors,which
integrates with Smartkey Access Door Controllers.It can
define up to 68 floor groups for multi-level buildings requiring
floor access control.Each group can be controlled by a time
zone and holiday mode.
